XBOX360OUTLETSTORE.COM HDD Upgrade Program Terms of Use

1. XBOX360OUTLETSTORE.com reserves the right to refuse upgrade for any HDD found to be damaged or otherwise determined to be non-functional.

Generally HDDs submitted for upgrade should be in normal functional and cosmetic condition, consistent with normal wear and tear of a used HDD drive.

Any HDDs found to be non-upgradable will be returned, and upgrade fee will be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.

2. XBOX360OUTLETSTORE.com does not assume responsibility for HDDs that have been shipped. In general HDDs are manufactured in such a way that they will successfully travel through the mail without being damaged. Accidents and unforeseen consequences of mailing and HDD can and do happened.

3. XBOX360OUTLETSTORE.com does not guarantee the quality of or persistence of data transferred from an upgraded drive. Every precaution will be taken to ensure that data is saved on HDDs submitted for upgrade will be transferred. Please remember to note that data needs to be transferred when submitting the drive, and if at all possible backup the data on the original drive.
